Responses to emails are usually within 24hrs.
Making appointments for telephone contact is straight forward although the waiting time is around 1 week.
The TAX calculation was very detailed for the self assessment.

we had an appointment booked for 30 mins with our "dedicated" accountant Hasnain, i missed answering the phone as it stopped ringing on my way to pick it up, and i immediately phoned back, no answer, i tried another 5 times, during our booked time slot, each time no answer, i even emailed to say hi where are you, i did not receive a response until our time slot was over. saying he was on the phone to another client during our booked time slot. clearly the small businesses do not matter, and have nothing better to do with our time - i wish. We will be terminating our business with them shortly.
