Firstly I have to give a massive shout out to Linzi, she truly is the backbone of this business. Yes the products are amazing and Ryan and friend are awesome but without Linzi holding everything down I think they'd be lost. Linzis help and support is what made my experience with Northwest Beds truly marvellous.

I ordered my gorgeous ottoman bed, mattress and made to order matching ottoman storage box and when It arrived i was blown away. The craftsmanship is amazing.

Ryan and friend made delivery 1st of April and as I was the last delivery of the day they were kind enough to assemble it all for me, even though I was not a local delivery. (Linzi did play a part in this).

They truly went above and beyond for me and were just such lovely guys.

The company as a whole is phenomenal, they really do value their customers and it shows in their commitment to providing the best service they can.

Absolutely brilliant, the lovely man Ryan carried it to the door for us and asked if we had measured it which we had done as we only paid for doorstep delivery. It is gorgeous.. took me and my parthner all of 20 mins to get the base up stairs and put together! The mattress on the other hand we didn't measure and our low ceiling on the landing has us back and forth for half hour but we got it done lol we are in love with the bed.
It was delivered three days after ordering!, Lovely strong build, lovely fabric, its just fabulous! Will be ordering again soon for my daughter and son. 🥰🥰 xx
