UPDATE
After speaking with John and Ryan and agreeing some sort of a resolution, I must say my perceptions have changed.
In regard the size of the bed, I was informed the height could be adjusted, however the depth of the bed is something I was unaware of and as someone with mobility issues, that was why I considered the bed too high. However, if the adjustments were to be made as recommended, then this could be resolved.
The person whom I paid to fit the bed did turn the headboard upside down as was suspected by john initially but, that had no impact on the height of the bed which for my situation is still too high.
The depth of bed would mean I have to buy new fitted sheets as the standard double sheets I already own are too small for these beds. I must say that the company (Ryan) offered four fitted sheets which I just received from Amazon - two each for the two beds. That made me realise that they were willing to resolve the issue and find a happy medium.
BRAVO to you Ryan and John.
Bed was delivered at the wrong time after arranging for the beds not to be delivered until after 12noon. That caused so much chaos especially when they didn't give me 24 hours notice for the delivery after they had promised that. The mattress is oversized for 4ft×6". The person who fitted the bed said the bed isn't strong.
I had paid for delivery and if they were not going to bring in the beds as stated on the site, 'that the beds will be placed in the room of one's choice', then what was the payment for? I am very disappointed.
As you have responded with lies, I await your proofs. You called to discuss but as I was too weak to answer and sleeping you then said, as I have decided to ignore your calls you will post your response and then sent me a copy of it. Was that necessary to text your response? That I take to be intimidating to say the least.
You are offended by the facts:
1. You claimed to have attended my property at 11:45 but I have proof of your text at 09:53 to which you informed that the delivery will be with me within 1 hour;
"Good morning, this is a quick message to say your bed Delivery will be with you in the next hour, regards, John from Nothwest Bed Centre".
Please prove your point of delivery at 11:45 when I called you at 11:27 and 11:30am long after you were gone as regard the position of the drawers. You and your assistant got here at around 10am. This is the fact as everything is captured on our house camera too.

Ordered a bed got it 3 days later way earlier then expected delivery date was so happy. Customer service are helpful, delivery drivers was lovely and the bed/mattress is definitely worth the money. Don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for my beds now.
