Bed arrived a lot earlier than expected but unfortunately had a hole in the headboard. I rang John as soon as I seen it and sent him photos and he immediately told me a new headboard would be delivered 2 days later and they would assemble the bed free of charge which they now have done and I couldn’t be any happier with my new bed. The customer service I received was nothing short of outstanding and the bed is fantastic quality! Honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough!
