Really fast delivery and service was great.
Bed didn’t come with any instructions so was a bit of a giant jigsaw but nothing too difficult.

Great service, ordered a mattress on the Monday, got a phone call Tuesday to arrange delivery for Wednesday. Mattress is the best one I've ever had. Fantastic quality and really comfy. So pleased I bought a 2nd for my Mum. Many thanks.

Absolutely amazing couldn't fault Northwest beds, there delivery was great they phoned to let us know what Date they where coming and also phoned on day to let us know how long they would be , I ordered 1 small double and what a great bed and mattress they are, I then ordered another one and that came within 5 days Absolutely great beds and would highly recommend great beds and great service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had a few issues ordering but that was sorted, we recieved our bed sooner than expected the lady and gentleman were great and professional. My partner struggled just abit with the gaslift but a gentleman allowed us to contact him late evening so he could walk him thru it. Totally happy with our bed will definitely recommend.
