Contacted Virikson on Messenger and with a few minutes a lovely young lady ,Emily contacted me and after giving her the details of our plans for My Wife’s 60th Birthday in Oct 2026 but have decided to travel on Feb 2027 which happens to be our 40th Anniversary and My 65th Birthday in the March ! Nothing was too much trouble for Emily and was very patient with us while we were constantly adding to our requirements and the flights to suit ! Always there day or night whenever we had more questions answered without fail !
Emily Thank you so much for all your help and knowledge You are a Diamond and a credit to Virikson ! We are looking forward with excitement for our Special Trip in 2027 !

"Transfer vouchers never arrived"

Asked twice before holiday about vouchers they replied checking. Nothing arrived so went on holiday anyway, looked for my name or hotel where drivers wait nothing, contacted once in hotel sorry we will look into it. Nothing, night before flight home contacted them again checking with checking with supplier, I asked for number So I could phone as I believe you can't run a bath. Two hours later got text about transfers. Still owe me £30 for taxi.
Today virikson contacted me to say they will refund me and to review this review so changed to 3 star until I get the £30. The way this form works it will be in a mouth.

Been looking to book my Hunnymoon, struggle to find what I want for a price I could afford, showed some interest in a Facebook post and was contacted by Natasha the sales representative, should found me a great deal to the Maldives, I asked her to tweak the offer slightly with the intention of thinking it over, it was so good that I booked it within 2 hours!
Natasha Smith you are an asset to the company, so helpful and easy to deal with.
Only the booking experience so far but so far it's been superb.

Had an amazing holiday organised by Natasha Smith. We visited Kuala Lumpar, Singapore and Bali. It was all fabulous. Everything went smoothly, the flights, checking in, transfers, hotels. No problems encounter at all. Would definitely recommend Natasha and Virikson Holidays.

We have just returned from Thailand, we stayed in 3 different resorts and it was absolutely the best experience.
From the initial enquiry to the post holiday follow up, communication has been amazing.
I just couldn't fault it- the fligjts, transfers, hotel check in, excursions booked, everything was seamless and we are already planning our next trip- I highly recommend Virkison 🙂
