Support is not Good enough, Not able to connect to a human agent unless it is for sales related query.
If you want to transfer domain to another registrar its gonna be a big task for you, I don't see any option for transfering domain to another registrar.

I had a problem with domain expiry and I spoke to 3 different members in 3 different teams and I must say, the support from all 3 of them was absolutely fantastic!
Anna-Yuliia - For confirming a question I had and reassuring me on certain things regarding previous domain records.
Toby Baker - For his patience in the delay in payment and getting the domain back up so quick once payment was recieved.
Khrystyna - The one I spoke to at the start and helped point me in the right direction and explained what the issue was and how it could be resolved.
All 3 of them are assets to the team!

Haven’t had email for about a week apart from a couple of times i got in briefly ONLY to find pretty much everything is in the Spam folder.
Tried calling the helpline [< that’s a joke] multiple times, go through all the phone prompts and then instantly get cut off! Every time I tried!
Spoke to them via chat - WOULDN’T call me back! Freaking HOPELESS!
They used to be excellent! But the last few years they have gone to the pack, think it was when they changed hands in 2021 (now owned by CentralNic NZ Limited)
