"Absolutely crap"

Absolutely crap. It was the worst customer service ever. Do not join with this company.

"Worst Service Ever – 5 Days of Outage, Zero Support!"

Our domain and email have been down for five days straight, and this company has been completely unresponsive. Their live chat support is utterly useless, offering no real assistance. They have seven different phone numbers, yet not a single one gets answered. We've sent countless emails, and guess what? No reply, no explanation—nothing.

This outage has cost us thousands of dollars, and our domain and email are still offline. The level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unbelievable. Once—if—they finally manage to fix this mess, we are transferring our domain immediately to a more reliable provider. Avoid this company at all costs.
