i had problem with my email servers and SSL Certificate,

Almost 3 weeks not able to access my emails, I have paid upfront all the payments, and suddenly 3 weeks it was auto debited, I had to block the transaction, as the merchant was unknown, I have written emails several times but below was the response. Still not able to access my emails.
