I have used the Floral shop for many years. The staff are friendly, great to deal with, and know how to make flowers in an arrangement look beautiful.

Love the email and photo you get of the flowers. However there was an issue with delivery this time, problem in getting access to the block of flats due to a miscommunication regarding access code. Shame the driver didn't give me or my mother a call as it was her 91st birthday, and whilst I am sure flowers will get delivered tomorrow, not quite the same as getting them on your birthday :(

I live in Yorkshire and ordered flowers for a friend at late notice (I needed them delivering the same day). The lady I spoke to was really helpful, very knowledgeable and made everything really easy. What I particularly liked was that I received a personalised email letting me they'd been delivered but, even nicer, a photo of the flowers. I've ordered tons of flowers over the years and I've never had such great service. My friend was delighted with the flowers.
