What can I say other than an Excellent service all round and your Aussie telephone responder is a credit to your company and for somebody hard of hearing she was very, very good as she was patient and understood all my requests and the selection of flowers and the arrangement was excellent they actually lasted for nearly two weeks and my wife was well made up with the surprise it was meant to be, as even the delivery was on que and very professional. Would certainly use again.
