"Update on my flowers"

A beautiful wreath was arranged by Charlotte and delivered to the funeral home. Unfortunately my late uncle was delayed in arriving there. The Floral Shop brought the flowers back kept them in storage. They kept in touch with the Funeral Home and me. When he finally arrived there they replaced any wilted flowers and re-delivered them. Above and beyond service. Thank you again Charlotte!!

"Hope for better next time"

I have bought flowers from this shop for years. At least three times each year. Anniversaries, birthdays and funerals.
Never had a problem. Good phone service, prompt delivery. Whilst the flowers have always been great.

However, this time all was not so good.
Usual thing, phone service very good. Prompt on time delivery service.
I have to say that the flowers were not as good as normal this time.
The bouquet left a little to be desired. More greenery than flowers. But more to the point. The flowers were vertually all dead within a week. Really not happy with this! I could have gone to Tesco and bought three times the amount of flowers and still had them. Whilst being a cheaper option.
Deeply disappointed!
In spite of the above. This is the first time. Things do go wrong. I will still use The Floral Shop. Sure it will be right next time.

For at least ten years I have been consistently ordering flowers twice a year (Birthday and Christmas) from the Floral Shop in Shirley for delivery in Hampshire.

The flowers have been ordered by telephone and the Floral Shop Staff have always been wonderfully helpful in receiving my orders and guiding me to the most suitable flowers, colours and arrangements and I very soon learned to trust them completely with my orders!!

The flowers have always been delivered precisely on time. On every occasion this was followed by my receiving a telephone call from the recipient in which every flower in the display was described with ecstatic enthusiasm and sheer delight by the recipient.

I was particularly delighted this year when the following morning I received an e-mail from The Floral Shop attaching a photograph of the flowers that they had sent. This was a real bonus and it enabled me to share in the delight of the amazing flowers and the lovely arrangement by Rachel! It is indeed a wonderful idea and deeply appreciated!

Having been a customer of The Floral Shop, Shirley for well over ten years I have learned that the Management and Staff has a deep appreciation both of flowers and of customers' needs and this is backed by an outstanding spirit of helpfulness! From my long experience in business, you cannot better that!

Sadly, I am only allowed the choice of up to five stars in my assessment. Had they been available, I would have chosen 100!
