Great product but if that wasn't enough, Maxon UK's Tech Support team is truly awesome; very generous with their knowledge and amazingly responsive.

There were a few minor complications when purchasing in the UK, as orders are processed manually. This resulted in my software download being available before my serial number was available (about an hours delay). Other than that, everything was great.

Great service, easy purchase, and download. However, Maxon website should make it clear the download is delayed until the payment is manually verified during normal working hours. Not a big issue but when you are in a rush....:D
