I ordered 4 products which were delivery 1 week ago. 1 of the products was missing from the order and the other 3 had quality issues. The missing product has arrived but I am 1 week on and the other 3 items in the order have still not been delivered. I have lost my customer due to this level of service.

"Split and damaged boxes "

The printed brochures were very good, unfortunately four of the ten boxes were badly split. Fortunately the contents appeared to be undamaged. I didn’t bargain on repacking them before delivering them to our client.
If we had these delivered directly to our client I doubt they would have been very impressed.
