I bought a second hand bike for the first time from this shop and the experience couldn’t have been better. The bike was delivered to my house by their own delivery service, I didn’t have to deal with any packaging or assembly. The driver answered all my questions on the spot and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The bike came really well serviced and clean. All the components were serviced to a professional degree.
I have ridden the bike for a few weeks now and I have no issues.

It was very easy to get a quote for the bike I wanted to trade in and the price offered was fair. The bike I bought was a very reasonable price and in absolutely immaculate condition. I was paid very promptly for my old bike.

A simple yet effective way of buying a “new” bike. Great online service and excellent communication from first to last with various members of the customer service team.
Although I expected more for my own bike they provided an honest and fair price for my bike (in exchange) in comparison to the one I wanted to purchase and the delivery and collection service was effective and efficient with the bike coming ready to ride. Even had the saddle height measured perfectly and the offer to put my pedals on.
If I do buy a bike in the future I will certainly consider Cycle Exchange and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who reads this review. Oh and the bike(Giant Defy) is an absolute dream to ride and I feel completely dialled in.
