Shame it took the courier 6 attempts to deliver it mind. Parcel force are shite. To be fair Cycle Exchange did check daily to find out if delivery was successful.

The online experience and in particular purchasing using their finance scheme was really easy. I went along to pick the bike up a couple of days later and I wasn't disappointed. Good choice of well maintained previously owned bikes. With a wide selection of entry, mid and upper level bikes of all sizes to choose from. Also quick finance payments on offer too. I had a loan in place and purchase made within minutes of finding a bike that suited my needs. Quick dispatch meant the bike was with me 3 days later, despite living in Northern Ireland.
When the bike arrived, it was securely packaged and in better condition and cleaner than advertised. The bike also appears to have been fitted with a new chain and cassette, which is a bonus.
All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and service I received.
