"I recently flew on your premium…"

I recently flew on your premium service, and unfortunately, my Samsonite bag was damaged during the flight. I obtained a quote from Samsonite, which confirmed that the bag is unfixable. Despite this, I was surprised to learn that Scoot is only offering $50 in compensation for a bag that originally.
As a premium flyer, I expected better customer service and fair compensation for the damage caused. The $50 offer does not reflect the actual value of the bag, and I kindly request that Scoot reconsider this offer in line with the evidence I’ve provided.

"Do not trust"

Do not trust. My flight was cancelled and the airline refunded the money to them but they refused to then pass it on to me.

"CLASS ACTION against I FLY WITH CLASS?"

I have once again been trying to follow up on not getting a refund from this atrocious company. I have been dealing with the DCWP in New York and they have a plan that they have sent to me, as Sol Perlstein or anyone in I FLY WITH CLASS is now refusing to reply to any of their questions. How can it come to this?
DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A CLASS ACTION GOING ON WITH THESE PEOPLE?
Surely something can be done. They owe us over AUS$12,000.

"Systemic Rip-off Company - Avoid at all Cost!"

Similar to other review complaints (there are many), the proprietor (Sol) of this schlock travel outfit has absolutely no integrity. I booked a golfing trip to Scotland (pre-pandemic) and was forced to cancel it due to the global lockdowns. I was issued a Credit Memo for $3,699….(they refused to refund my money)!

Last year, I attempted to apply my “credit” to fly from from Virginia to Oregon…. I was summarily informed that the Credit Memo could only be used for international travel! When I informed them that international travel was still too restrictive, they reluctantly issued another Credit Memo that was to expire Feb 2, 2023. This Credit Memo was only issued after I had made a complaint to Trust Pilot!

I re-contacted the travel agency this January to book a flight to the Dominican Republic. I was informed by Sol that they don’t consider Caribbean flights as international!! I said What?!!!

The Credit Memo expiration date has now expired…. When I told Sol that I wanted to extend the travel credit for a trip to Scotland next year, I received no response. This has been a monumental hassle, and Sol Perlstein has not been honorable in any way! I will be contacting both the BBB and the New York Attorney General’s office to file official complaints ! Avoid this un-reputable outfit!!!

"Avoid!!!"

Where do I start. Firstly the prices do not seem any different to buying direct with airline. FWC are a points aggregator but that is not clear on their website. We booked 4 business tickets to Europe $27K. When booking tickets, we got responses within minutes, sometimes seconds. Then Covid hit. They would only give us a credit and assured us it would be fine. They refused a refund, stating the airline did not permit. However their website said they would match the airline policy.

At the time Etihad were offering refunds due to Covid disruptions. When I pointed that out they refused to respond. So we went to the bank to dispute the transaction. The bank advised us to accept the credit to support business in this difficult time.
Trying to get in touch with FWC during and post covid was a nightmare. We finally got in touch with FWC and they offered new flights but the flights did not leave from our original departure city and in addition FWC wanted to charge us an additional $1500 USD per person. They refused to give us a refund. So we went back to the bank to dispute the transaction on the basis they did not provide us the service we paid for. The bank then told us the timeframe to dispute had expired. To say we were angry was an understatement.
We reported FWC to the USA regulators but they have no authority to direct any action and just shuffled responses between FWC (who misled through omission any réponses they made to the regulator) and us. In the end we gave up as it was just causing more stress and the process seemed a waste of time.

FWC were appalling, they refused to offer a refund, refused to look at other airlines who were flying from Brisbane. Basically refused to offer any solution other than to for us to accept the flights, pay more for them AND for us to arrange domestic flights to get to and from the departure city. For 4 of us that amounted to approx $7500 AUD plus the cost of travel to and from the new departure city. In the end we gave up and used the credit with FWC to book only 2 of the flights (for my parents). Reading the comments from others, it looks like we were lucky to get anything at all!

They sent us the itinerary for my parents and we confirmed to proceed with booking those flights. Then we went direct to the airline and booked our 2 business class flights separately (at a lower price than FWC could offer, and with the benefit of accumulating points) matching the flights they were booking for my parents (flying together to celebrate birthdays). The confirmation they sent us back were different to the flights we confirmed with them resulting in us flying home separate from my parents. They refused to honour the flights we had confirmed with them. We tried to change ours with Etihad but the cost was excessive.

In the end we did get 2 of the flights we paid for but were out of pocket $13.5K, the original cost of our 2 tickets with FWC.
When you add in the cost of 2 new tickets direct with the airline ($12.5K), 4 flights to Melbourne plus 1 nights accommodation, the cost was significant!

Unlike many others, it seems, FWC did rebook my parents flights post Covid, albeit from a different departure city which added time and cost to our holiday.

We will NEVER use them again and recommend no one use them. When things are going well they are responsive and helpful. If anything becomes difficult they are rude and unresponsive!
We tried to call, but they never answered.
Sol was unresponsive
Alexandra was appalling - very rude when she bothered to respond.
Leah was amazingly helpful and we felt at least like she was trying to help.
And to add insult to injury…now Covid is over I suddenly started to get emails from Alexandra, telling me she was my “dedicated” travel agent here to help me with all off my flight needs and telling me she could help me with my next booking. Seriously!!

"AVOID FLY WITH CLASS AT ALL COSTS!!!!"

We have used FWC previously and it worked out. however we got burned this time after we booked flights just before COVID hit (Dec 2019) and we tried to reschedule flights after international travel opened back up this year. In short we lost our money approx $13K. No refund, no credits 13K gone. We sent multiple emails over the last 6 months to FWC to try and reschedule and did not hear back from them. We even tried calling multiple times (they are based in New York so time difference is tough for Australia) but no-one answered. We then tried to contest the transaction on our Credit Card through Visa but this was unsuccessful as it exceeded maximum time periods for us to make a disputed claim. From what we understand FWC are points aggregators, they use points to subsidise 'cheaper' business class fares. This is well and good if things work out, but you dont accumulate points for your trip and when things go wrong like they did with us during covid, or if you need to change your flights you have no recourse. In the end (from the Credit Card Dispute process) FWC directed us to Malaysian Airlines for us to try and recover our money as they are part of the Global World Alliance, where FWC redeem their points. Malaysian Airlines then directed us to Etihad Airlines, who direct us back to Malaysian Airlines. Over the last year I have found FWC prices to be on par with booking tickets through airlines directly. There are a lot of moving parts with this company (Dealing with US time zones, unresponsive customer service, and no recourse if things turn sour). I think it's only a matter of time before Airlines wise up to these points aggregator Travel Agents and shut them down. Suggest you purchase your business class airfares when they are on sale directly with the airline and avoid this company at all costs.

"Misrepresentation and terrible service."

Misrepresentation and terrible service.

The company misrepresented itself as a true travel company (and continues to do so) - offering discounted business class flights. These are actually purchased from other frequent flyers.

We booked a holiday for 4 to Europe Business Class from Australia and had flights delayed due to our Government making exit unlawful.

Not only were we assured many times that this would not be a problem and we could simply re-use them post covid, when we were able to travel again they wanted to charge us thousands extra.

To say that we will never use them again is an understatement. I will be warning all of my friends and family of just how horrendously we were treated.

"Stay Well Clear"

I recently purchased 3 business class tickets from this outfit, each circa $12,000-15,000.
Ticket 1) They changed the airline and routing without my authority with an unrealistic layover (I would not have approved) resulting in the passenger having to spend 23 hours inside Doha airport.
Ticket 2) United Airlines called on the return date to advise they were cancelling the ticket as Fly With Class are not an authorised nor reputable travel agent. This resulted in me having to spend $20,000 on a new ticket.
Ticket 2) They wrote the middle name of this passenger incorrectly, despite taking the information from a copy of the passport. The airline said they would make the amend FOC without any problem, but needed fly With Class to approve.
Although I remain thousands out of pocket from the United cancellation, Fly With Class made a partial refund (hardly enough) but fabricated an invoice for $2,000 for the name change of passenger 2 (they accidentally sent a name change invoice for another client for $1,000, both were created on 30 June but backdated to May, so I would propose this is a tactic of theirs)
I plan to take action for the loss due to the cancellation and the fabricated penalty

"Fraudulent company"

Fraudulent company, do not pay them money, Incredibly frustrating & very pissed off with Fly with Class in particular Sol. We put our trust in Fly with Class & paid them $12k AU & booked flights for a European holiday of a life time that took a couple of years to save for then covid hit canceling everthing, we were dealing with Kelly who has since left the company. Kelly was very active in responding to emails & even called me on several occasions. They eventually issued us with a credit that would expire 3 years from purchase date which didn't agree with the expiry but I confirmed on email with Kelly that if we provide FWC new dates, would FWC honor the credit & Kelly confirmed yes on email. Now that Kelly has left, I am attempting to deal with Sol who has only answered 1 email & I quote his email, " Good morning P..... it would be my pleasure to further assist with your request, can you please email me the original tickets that you booked with Fly with Class 3 years ago. Thank you Sol"
Well it has been far from his pleasure to assist. I have sent numerous emails & countless phone calls leaving messages with absolutely no response. I am exploring legal action & have made phone calls to US departments for assistance. If your an honorable company FWC then honor our request & respond to emails, phone calls & make it right !!!!
