We were looking at purchasing a new fuse board, we approached several different firms and I can honestly say EMS Trade had one of the most attractive products on the market which I personally knew nothing about. It was an energy saving fuse board with extra fire safety features in comparison to standard fuse boards. I found their consultant polite and knowledgeable and the engineers did a brilliant job it was quick and efficient and great value for my money. We would definitely recommend them.

My Solar installation needed servicing and pigeons proofing ,EMS phoned me at exactly the right time being extremely local they sent a rep round that day to survey the installation, I was impressed by his knowledge which was bang up to date , he pointed out several improvements that needed attention but there was no pressure exerted to buy any service .Just useful advice and information . Between us we came up with a plan .This was implemented swiftly and efficiently .This Company had everything to hand scaffolders, installation crew ,finance .Everything was done efficiently and competently, no mess ,just friendly information sharing .A very pleasant experience in this day and age . EMS are the epitome of why tar and feathers were invented. Cold called my elderly parent to inspect and sell unnecessary electrical upgrades to a fully compliant house with a recent clean EICR.

I had a problem with my existing solar panels as the inverter was flashing green. I called EMS to obtain advice and they sent their representative the next day which was Thursday. When he came he said the problem was with the panels which were old and arranged for them to be replaced and a new fuse box installed two days later. This was all done with minimum fuss and inconvenience. Excellent work.

This company had contacted me re a health check on my system, give me all the advice and support around a new battery as my old ones wasn’t working. They were knowledgeable and professional and answer all my question. the work was carried out by the engineers who were also very knowledgeable and professional.
Talked me through the app and how to monitor it.

Scammers who prey on vulnerable old people. DO NOT use under any circumstances.
Quoted, to my 91 year old father in law, 2995 pounds to replace a fuse box which was working perfectly well and 5995 pounds to fit a Growatt 3.3kw battery storage system. Total 8990.
Fortunately when my wife saw the contract that her father had signed he realised that he was being scammed and we cancelled. I will be reporting them to the Trading Standards authorities.

I WOULD RECAMEND THEM BECAUSE THEY KEEP YOU INFORMED OFF WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO INSTALL WHEN THEY HAVE INSTALLED IT THEY SAY IF ANY PROBLEMS RING US AND WE WILL SORTE IT OUT RIGHT AWAY THEY TOLD ME A TIME THEY WOULD BE THERE AND WERE ON TIME .THEY WERE CLEAN AND TIDY NO MESS I HAVE TOLD MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT HOW GOOD THEY ARE AND SHOULD GIVE THEM CALL.MR E KHAN .
