I have purchased and will continue to purchase from CC. I recently purchased fabric and the wrong one was sent I contacted the company and got a prompt reply with apology and saying a replacement was on way and to keep the fabric purchased. They could have asked for it back as it was a pre-cut length.

I am in NZ and purchased a Gemini here. I had a question about the product and a problem and I emailed my supplier and Crafter's Companion. I didn't hear from Crafter's Companion at all. Not even an automated message to say they had received my email. I now hear they have sold me a product which has a metal shim that is not safe to use due to sharp edges and yet I have not heard from them about this either. I won't be purchasing their products again.

"Crafters Companion not as bad as Provocraft"

I have used Crafters Companion products and love them and have had no issues with them at all and their customer service has been great which is more than I can say for Provo Craft ! I purchase a Gypsy made by them used it once for one cutting put it away and the next time I took it out it wouldn't work . I researched it online and found many complaints from people with the same problem, they call it the blue death. I called the company and they wouldn't do anything about it . I paid $219.00 for it when they first came out and they wouldn't even give me a credit for merchandise . I call that poor poor customer service ! I wrote letters to them several times with no replies , I got replies from CC immediately . The Gypsy was taken off the market for a reason and everyone that purchased one should have been refunded instead you have to pay a fortune to use Design space ! just a money racket !

"Great British Company"

I’ve e been using Crafters Companion products for many years and if I have ever had an issue they have dealt with it quickly.
I also think regarding the recent issues they dealt with them to the best they could and I find it sad that a British home grown company has become subject of a witch hunt.
My advice is order and make your own mind up. Like I said I’ve always been happy and had ALOT of bad experiences with other craft companies.

A company with no morals or ethics, avoid at all costs, I have spent thousands of pounds with them only to find their customer services very unhelpful when I contacted them with a problem that they have failed to satisfactorily deal with even to this day, along with their underhand dealings and blagrant disregard of copyright law I find this company needs avoiding at all costs, I will not be buying from them in the future

"One star is more than this company…"

One star is more than this company deserves. Sad state of affairs when others are overspending all based on hero worship of Sara Davies. Spending outrageous amounts of money for many products that can be purchased at better prices from USA crafting and art suppliers. Give one honest review of her products and she deletes your posts in her groups (In particular Fans of Crafter's Companion on HSN). Yes, an honest review results in the prevention from posting for a period of time, and threats that you will be removed from her groups. The Crafter's Companion social network groups are as vicious as the Gestapo. After HSN became aware of the questionable activities of this group HSN removed their association to avoid legal liability for CC's actions. Her website reviews (prior to the new website migration) did not allow any customer reviews that were not 5 stars.

Now, yes, I after spending over a thousand dollars am disappointed and not happy with the treatment I have received from this company. However, I am also, concerned with the recent move to reintroduce Sheena Douglass and her products into innocent, unsuspecting, American hands. I thought CC had removed themselves with the exception of their own deceitful maneuverings from the darkness of Little Miss Sketchy. But, low and behold, Sara Davies is currently pushing Sheena Douglass on the naive and in awe of her, United States market. I wonder if HSN is aware of the illegal violations of Sheena Douglass regarding passing off the work of other artists as her own. Also, if HSN is aware that most of their Crafter's Companion HSN Exclusives are not exclusive at all. Almost all of the “HSN exclusives are available through Create & Craft UK and through Crafter's Companion's own websites.

No, this is not a nice company. No, this is not a company that should succeed in the USA crafting market. This is a company with a representative that woos people that are lonely, naive, and unhappy. Then turns them into mindless followers spending themselves into bankruptcy for products that are overpriced and not better than what the USA has to offer.

Love this company. Products are great, staff friendly and so helpful. Have attended several workshops and enjoyed each one. I’m booked in for several more. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

This is a great craft company, I have bought from them from just after they started. The customer service was amazing then and nothing has changed. I never buy anyone else’s card, paper, glues etc, it is always top quality .

I have used Crafters Companion products for 10 years and have never had a problem. I love their Gemini electronic die cutting machines, perfect results everytime.
