We purchased a arning on line for it to be left outside of DHL that has gone missing what was fraudulently signed for by the delivery driver himself as we was out. The driver admitted on text he shouldn’t have left the parcel outside in a unsafe area. After contacting the help desk at tow sure they didn’t want to know unless we contacted the police. We contacted the police which they said tow sure was liable for the parcel going missing. We then asked for a refund which they are refusing to give us and have no replies back to our emails. Don’t buy of this company the unprofessional.
