If you wish to use a broadband supplier then this company is not for you!. Their staff are rude, inexperienced, cannot use SASS due to the incompetence of the company.
They harass you for money that you do not owe and ignore court rulings.

"Excellent setup from Hyperoptic"

Excellent setup from Hyperoptic. Moved into a new flat where a modem had been left, and my service was activated and live within 10 minutes. Sandra was super helpful and clear, made everything super easy.

"I have been using it for three years…"

I have been using it for three years now and so far I have not had any problems. I do not understand the company's policy at all, which offers much lower prices for new customers, ignoring the old ones. One of the option is to change the operator and possibly return after a year or two as a new customer on better terms. However, when you resign, you can usually count on a better contract than the one officially offered, which is why I still use their services.

"Frustrating customer experience"

Extremely frustrating customer experience. Paid up every bill on-time and settled final bill even before move-out. Received email confirming cessation of service. But then still received new billing. Raised support tickets but absolutely ZERO response. If the support ticket channel is no longer functioning, please scrap it from the website!

"Scammers"

I’ve been using this Broadband provider for 1 year, before the renewal date, I have emailed them to discuss the renewal options, their support team said it was too early and someone from Sales would contact me. No one has contacted me and they auto renewed my subscription with a double rate! When I emailed and called the support, they were very unhelpful saying we can’t do anything !
I asked for a refund as I was happy to renew my subscription but not with a double rate for the same service !

What a Scam !
