and so far my internet is working very good.

I have had nothing, but excellent service from this company since I took the chance and joined about 6 months ago. Only one brief service outage in 6 months, is very, very positive. You won’t go wrong by joining this company.

"Hyperoptic Support excellence "

We’ve been customers of Hyperoptic for over 2 years recently renewing our package with them due to excellent value for money packages, and more so the great support they offer when you do have an issue.

Today we experienced intermittent issues with our 2.4khz band signal. Called this evening and spoke to Dimitrije, who was courteous, professional and clearly skilled and knowledgable.

He remotely tested our router and identified the issue, quickly taking necessary steps to resolve and keeping me updated throughout the 20min call.

No hand offs - all resolved at first point of contact, quickly and effectively.

Other providers we have used in past have not given anything close to this level of service when we experience issues.

I hope that Hyperoptic can continue to maintain this level of service as they grow their customer base as they will retain my loyalty if they do.

"False Promise"

I sincerely apologize for this 1-star rating, especially since I initially gave 5 stars. The representative who visited my place did a great job convincing me to switch to Hyperoptic, offering a fantastic deal. I was assured that the switch from my current internet provider would be hassle-free and completely taken care of. However, things didn’t go as promised.

Despite Hyperoptic’s claims, my old provider continued to charge me for over two months—something I only noticed when I checked my bank statement. When I first reached out to Hyperoptic’s customer service, they claimed I had never requested the switch. I explained that their representative handled everything and assured me it would be a seamless process. I even received an email confirming the switch.

On my second call, they admitted it was a mistake on their end and promised to investigate and issue a credit. However, I never received any follow-up. On my third attempt, I was told to contact my old provider myself and request a cancellation. When I did, I was informed that a 28-day notice was required, and due to poor handling of my case, I had to make additional calls to sort everything out.

I was expecting a call or credit from Hyperoptic, as this was entirely their mistake—they failed to inform my old provider when my new service went live. This caused unnecessary loss of time and money. I cannot recommend a company that makes false promises. Hyperoptic, please deliver what you promise!

" Thanks Anna Varbanova and the amazing Hyperoptic team"

Had a good experience with Hyperoptic for almost 3 years. Except for the odd issue I had w.r.to connectivity during the initial signup it was then a trouble free experience till the very last day. Proper communication during the end of 12 month contract on options available and the subsequent seamless transfer was appreciable.

As a tenant I had to break the contract before the scheduled contract end and hyperoptic advised of the alternate of ensuring the transition by working with the new tenant moving into the same flat taking up same hyperoptic connection and hence was lucky to avoid an early termination fee with the support. Anna Varbanova was amazing with all the possible support and a big thumbs up to both Anna and Hyperoptic.

"`Extremely unprofessional and…"

`Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
Over serval days, the emailed and called me to activate a 1gb broadband. I finally agreed. They said they would be able to do so. When i got the email to activate, it did not work. When i had to call in, they simply said, “we can’t install. Will be pending indefinitely”. I wasted a whole week. Everyone i spoke to clearly had no idea what they were doing. Do not waste your time with this company.
