Anthony D 14651 did a fantastic job connecting me to Hyperoptic. Previous employees struggled with some concrete that prevented the cable to go through but Anthony quickly noticed that the job could be done easily from upstairs. Drill is clean and cable are barely noticeable

Do not go with hyperoptic!!! We signed up to a contract but we have been asked to moved out by our landlord as our flat is being sold. Now Hyperoptic want us to pay £300 to end the contract ‘early’, even though this is beyond our control. We asked to move our contract to our new house in a bid to save us from paying this extortionate fee, but they actually have said they can’t offer this, yet they still want the 300 fee!
Surely hyperoptic don’t need this kind of money from us? surely they know this is entirely unaffordable for the consumer? Why are they punishing us as reliable customers for several years who have paid on time every month. What do they need this money for?
A complete con, clearly just a money making scheme for a big company.
To make matters worse - the internet speed was awful and not enough for myself and my partner to use at the same time if working!
Avoid avoid avoid!!!
