"BAD SERVICE / UNRELIABLE"

Think twice before you sign the contract.
We have joined their broadband service for 6 months with 24 months contract. It was good until last week. The connection was cut. Called the customer service and an engineer comes and said the fiber may been broken. Til now, no more update and no schedule is given. Called their customer service, no one give you an answer about what's going on. No update and CS email no response so far. When you tell the CS you are going to complain this, they are very welcome to tell you that you can follow the guideline from website to complain. They don't seem to care at all.

Terrible customer service, unreliable service.

Broadband Service is still down. I can still only use my weak mobile signal to write this review. And I am still suffering for my work at home job.

Still no response to any of my support ticket.

I gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me give no stars to comment. A few days ago they took my details to see what they do to help as I'm not happy with the price increase or the different pricing they have since been sending me. After 4 years with a company you would expect them to want to keep your custom but they don't seem to want to keep customers. They offered a deal at £25 but when I asked for a better deal they said it was £28 so I complained and they said they could do a deal for £26. If this isn't a con I don't know what is.

Shocking service! No response to my complaint in over a week. Spent hours on the phone and the advisor even refused to log a complaint for me over the phone even though I have a disability! Absolutely disgraceful customer service

"They've been really bad lately"

They've been really bad lately - outages every week. We had a big outage for 8 hours today and still ongoing and we've tried ringing for help and have been stuck on hold for an hour. We tried ringing back later as they previously told us they were opened 24/7, however now it's saying their lines are shut and it's only 9.30pm...we still have no WiFi....
