I was a customer for several years in London. The quality was poor and they refused to send someone out to check the line. When I finally gave up I gave notice and found another provider. Several months later I am now getting threats around re payments and debt collection agencies (despite receiving an email that my account was closed and all repayments are settled). Customer service is shocking and communication between departments is clearly non-existent. Avoid.
