What a terrible company when things don't work. I have been having an issue with dropped connection for over 6months and Hyperoptic just don't care, they just seem to be waiting until my contract runs out.

The complaints dept is terrible, no decent communication. They have been making me pay for a service that is not fit for purpose and have no desire to help.

I just want the nightmare to end and my mental health restored from the damage Hyperoptic has caused to my wellbeing. Also lossed many quality days chasing this up.

Their system is designed to pass you through multiple people until nothing happens.

My experience with Hyperoptic was great! I was helped by Kristina who was extrememly friendly and helpful, who advised me honestly on what would be the best speed for me, giving me pros and cons. I received my package a day later than what was advised and had to wait another 24 hours for the set up to go through, but I am still happy with the product and would advise Hyperoptic to others users.

Terrible customer service, the wifi has zero range and gets disrupted all the time. Had multiple engineers come in and refuse to change the location of the router becuase its out of their expertise. Do not succumb to their low prices becuase its a shit service, go with BT and Virgin.
