I'm already a customer of Hyperoptic and am setting up a new package for an elderly relative at her property. I had to speak 2 or 3 times to Kristina there who was super helpful and incredibly quick in getting back to me. Here's hoping the install and activation go smoothly but the customer service is excellent (and the actual broadband service itself at my own property). Good job

I moved from BT to Hyperoptic. BT made it as hard and costly as possible to end the contract. Was a pleasure, then, to deal with Hyperoptic. Online in no time, helpful and responsive tech support, fast, reliable internet - and cheaper than BT.

Overall, we're happy. We have a good price for our monthly plan, but the installation was a huge faff. Yes, our building did not have the required access hatch that the engineer needed to thread the fibre cable through to our flat, but if he had looked properly, we'd have had our internet installed two days after we moved in (like we were promised), instead of three weeks later. We're being given £80 of compensation, which is great, but when our cable was finally installed, it transpired that no access hatch was needed at all. If the original engineer had realised this, it wouldn't have been an issue.

The support team was attentive to our needs, but they often seemed to take a while to make decisions or come back to us with answers. I feel their compensation should have begun from the day it was meant to be installed, and not just 10 days after the proposed installation date: after all, we were just living without wifi (both work from home) for that time.

It could and should have been easy, but it wasn't. But for the price and the internet speed, we're happy. For now...

I am with them almost a month now, so far so good, really happy with Hyperoptic. Instillation was smooth and the technician was lovely.
I am on 150 mbps contract and I am getting 159 on average. All good and hopefully it will stay like this. Fingers crossed 🤞.
