"Billing is a shambles"
Billing is a shambles - left you and you are threatening me for breach despite you trying to bill for a period after the notice expired and when you weren’t providing any service. Long waits on customer service phone to resolve, rude staff on support email and even automated message saying my account is closed and you will not reply further then 2 weeks later harassing me via text message saying I’m in breach. You incorrectly took the final payment, promised to refund and didn’t so it was reversed under direct debit guarantee. I have asked multiple times for your to issue an invoice up to the date serviced stopped and I will pay.

"Terrible Customer Service & Ignored Complaints"
I experienced a total loss of internet for over a week, and Hyperoptic’s customer service was non-existent. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, my support tickets were ignored, and my issue was even marked as resolved when it wasn’t. It was only after escalating to a formal complaint that I finally got a response—after 8 days with no service.
Even worse, Hyperoptic failed to follow their own Complaints Code of Practice, missing their response deadline. If you value reliable customer support, I’d strongly reconsider choosing Hyperoptic

There was a few issues at the beginning but after numerous visits the fault was in the main box.
Since then no complaints Good speed reliable connection great value.
Excellent Customer Services and was also credited for any inconvenience caused. Glad we've joined Hyperoptics much better than previous supplier.

I signed up with Hyperoptic in December 2023 on a two-year contract, which means my contract should run until December 2025. However, I recently had to move from one city to another for work, and Hyperoptic does not provide service at my new address in London.
When I contacted them for a solution, I was given two unacceptable options:
1. Keep paying the full monthly price for a service I cannot even use until December 2025.
2. Pay a £40 termination fee AND still pay for the remaining months in full, which is completely unfair.
Why should I be forced to pay for a service they cannot provide? A fair company should allow customers to transfer service or waive the termination fees if they cannot continue service at a new address. Instead, they blamed me for choosing a two-year contract, as if I could predict my job relocation!
This is a clear case of an unfair and rigid contract that traps customers with no flexibility. If you ever have to move, expect zero support and hefty penalties.
I strongly DO NOT recommend Hyperoptic. Avoid this company at all costs!

Looked to change to another provider. but opted to stay based on a price offered 10 days ago, and now they have increased the price today. Customer services is awful, and they are just awful, and misleading when they provide prices. AVOID THIS PROVIDER. WHEN I CAN CHANGE I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
