"Awful behaviour by this company"
They offer £50 vouchers and don't deliver them - in the process they email asking questions that have already been answered (multiple times on occasions) in the hope I am sure that you will just give up. They also reply to negative reviews here on TrustPilot in order to suggest that they are actually positively responsive but then just continue to delay/deny/prevaricate once you are back on email. Truly awful behaviour.

I have been with Hyeroptic for just over a year now and I find the wifi to be very reliable and at a low price. I just renewed my contract with Jovan He was polite and extremely helpful. He even advised me to get a package, not much more then the one i have price wise, which was bigger and better and cost less then my current package at the new price. So helpful and a pleasure to speak to Jovan. Thank you Jovan. 😁

"Easy and quick when renewing my contract"
Easy experience when trying to renew my contract. Todor was helpful and went straight to the point, getting back to me fairly quickly with their best offer.
Service has been good so far (been with Hyperoptic for two year and soon starting my third). However, I cannot give 5 stars as new clients are generally offered better deals, rather than loyal customers being rewarded.

"Really good provider"
Really good provider. I’ve been with them over 2 years. They’ve only recently increased their prices for the first time in 2 years, which is always annoying but understandable, they are however still competitive and the service I’ve received has always been very good. I’ve only ever had to call them once and they were super helpful. My connection is very reliable and on the rare occasion they are carrying out maintenance, they communicate this very well. I would recommend them to people without hesitation.

The worst provider ever.
I've been a longtime loyal customer, but the company went downhill in the past 2-3 years.
Been going back and forth with a support forever.
At peak times the network speeds are lower than 4G internet, no joke I sometimes share a phone internet with my laptop because its so shit.
I've been calling them for months now, with no change, they've been giving the same stupid instructions on testing everything, I've done is so many times, and they keep dodging the responsibillity. They've failed to fix the issue, and it is still ongoing.
Im so done.
For future customers think 300 times before going for hyperoptic, never felt disrespected, and betrayed.
