Stefan is brilliant. I called up as I have a new Samsung TV that wouldn’t connect to WiFi (Samsung are well known for this). Stefan took the time to explain the issue and then he connected to my router and created another WiFi location dedicated to my TV! Excellent job and customer experience. I didn’t even miss the football as the issue was swiftly fixed. Thank you!

Seamless broadband contract renewal, highly recommended.
Used the service for 2 years now, after the initial setup almost no interruption (maybe twice for max 1 hr, I guess maintenance or similar as I live in a new build estate). Speed as promised, 900Mb/s download and upload, tested on multiple wired devices.
After receiving the notification email (1 month in advance of the current commitment period), I reached out to Hyperoptic to provide me with the renewal options. Stefan G. replied very quickly with clear and concise renewal options. Very high professional standards. After replying with the preferred renewal option, request was processed very quickly and I am all settled for a new contract with the best broadband so far used in the UK. No time lost on the queues, writing those emails took max 3-5 minutes.
Would highly recommend and do business with Stefan and Hyperoptic again.

"Fibre line installation"

Today, my fibre line was installed. The installer Aivaras (BRM Utility Services) done a great job. He explained clearly everything, done a clean job inside the house with minimum disturbance. Once the line was activated the upload and download speed was as per the contract. Very happy.

I was hesitant to call regarding my broadband package which was up for renewal but I'm so glad I did. I spoke with Stefan G who was incredibly helpful. He effortlessly switched my package from 30MB to 150MB while actually saving me money. Stefan was efficient and friendly throughout the entire process - and the entire call lasted only 8 minutes.
