Phoned to find out how the can tell me I would get full fibre when it's not installed in building, we only have fibre to copper, openreach has confirmed this so has cityfibre, we don't have fast full broadband, why tell lies about this.

Garbage service, it’s been 3 weeks and I still have to wait for installations to happen properly, incorrect engineers being assigned to my case and being put on hold by customer support for 20-30 mins at a time for them to hit the cut off period.

Since morning internet is not working at all and after a long call with support team also they couldnot resolve my issue and advised to book a engineer visit that too after couple of days it’s available.
It’s hampering my work badly and service is very slow when there is a disconnection and it’s not working. Who will wait for 3 days for an internet connection to work in this day and age.
Extremely disappointed !!!
