I have throughly enjoyed working with my match coordinator and local LCC at Cultural Care. We are so excited for the opportunity to welcome our au pair and to all that is in store for her yearly stay. I would highly recommend them and was referred by a close friend that has had much success with the Cultural Care agency as well.

Our match specialist was super proactive. She took the time to understand what we wanted, kept an eye on our likes and connections, and recommended a few candidates to consider. She followed up regularly and was so pleasant and knowledgeable!

I do not like being limited to 3 contacts at a time. This is my biggest complaint about the process.

Every person within the company has been a delight to work with. This includes the very first person I spoke with, the matching specialist, and the local contact people. They are able to answer all of my questions and have been fabulous at preparing me each step of the way in this process.

My experience is in general going very good, my host family are very kind and nice people. I had the opportunity to travel with them to different parts of the country and to travel with my friends too. I learned English in the way that I was expecting and I’m very happy.
If should I say something that I don’t support is the amount of hours that we should take care of the kids, in my case 43/44 hs in the week and is a lot
