Cultural Care has been nothing but the best agency ever, despite the horrible comments people were saying about it.Personally it made me feel so positive and excited about my upcoming adventure.The team ,from the on set has been so assuring and so helpful. They would call each and every single day to make sure that i’m free and confident. Big ups to Teneal and Courtney from South Africa, super kind individuals.

Where do I begin...
Since I have started I never felt left in the dark. Every month I had check ins from the agency. Every time I asked something they always answered and quickly. Such a hands-on agency always there when needed. I love that they cater support for au pairs and carrying them when they feel anxious or scared or even a little homesick...point is they're always there and available. Baie dankie Cultural Care Au Pair!

"Support and App"

I liked that I was supported for the payment process beacause I wasn‘t able to pay it in the time of two weeks, so I payed it after three weeks.

What I dislike is thatin mist of the other things I do‘nt feel as supported as I think it should be, if we keep in mind that I do pay for the Support. I needed to ask for a document which I already asked for again and came up with many questions as I didn‘t know how to handle something.

Also I feel like my woman from cc in switzerland doesn‘t know much because often she can‘t answer my questions.

Anyway I do like the App I think it helps a lot. Although I don‘t understand everything and have to google sometimes, I do really like the way it‘s built! It‘s easy to handle and the process goes foreward very quick and exciting.

I have been very well looked after so far. If I called and no one answered, I was called back promptly. All my questions could always be answered.

It was a rollercoaster ride, getting declines but I always had hope and kept faith in myself.

All the Workshops and informative meetings are great. The step by step instructions on how to apply for the visa were extremely helpful.

"I am still waiting on information for…"

I am still waiting on information for when my au pair can arrive. The person who is my contact does not have information and has not been able to provide help. I need to plan, but am not able to do so with lack of info. The travel team went ahead and booked a flight for me without my input, and I had to cancel. I am still waiting to see when my au pair's arrival date will be. Very poor communication and information. Also, the fee is much higher than other agencies and there is a lack of personal service to justify.
