I feel so lucky! I had a great experience in the program. It’s been 2 years being an au pair and the time went so fast!
I feel lucky because I found a wonderful family that made everything easier for me, helping and supporting me all the time. And also I had an amazing LCC that was there all the time for all the au pair group.

I was fortunate enough to have supportive LCCs who understood and could help me with any situation when i asked questions and needed advice.
I would like to suggest for the agency to vet families more, even after they host an au pair. Yes, we are responsible to ask previous au pairs questions but they don't always tell the truth. Finding out how a family truly is when you already moved in with them is very very hard especially when you are still in first year!

Otherwise i had an amazing experience, I learned a lot, traveled and grew stronger emotionally and mentally. I wouldn't trade the experience for anything.

I have an AMAZING host family who understand that program, I’m feel part of the family but I don’t feel like a mother to my host kids, and I’ve been learning how I’m blessed to have this on my whole experience! I’m having a truly American experience, and that’s why I’m great 😊

This is my second year as an Au Pair in Florida, and it’s the most beautiful experience of my life! I’ve met amazing people and visited breathtaking places. I’ve found a second family I will never forget. I’m grateful to the Cultural Care team, who have always supported me with anything before and after my departure. Without them, this experience wouldn’t have been possible.

I like the improvements that cultural care did for the app but something that is really comun and I don’t like is how some LCC doesn’t really care for the aupair and you don’t feel like you have someone who you can talk to in case of a discomfort. There are some areas that they don’t even have an LCC and that is really alarming because what would happen if there is an emergency situation?
