"This company is unprofessional"
This company is unprofessional. I never had this type of issue from any company. Atheist others in the past stayed in contact with customer but drilled rotors or whatever their name is not at all. I ordered a rotor and brake package on July 4th 2020. Of course you get the normal automatic message your ordered was confirmed. On July 13th 2020 I get an email drilledrotor.com stating me product was not in stock no biggie I thought. I email them back i get a wrong email address from my email provider and I replied mind you but again no biggie I figured go thru PayPal and find and email address which I did. I stated to them because the brake package I ordered was black and they no longer had it in stocks please refund me my money. Still no response. On July 23rd I get an email stating I got a delivery from drilled rotors but the email address this time is brakelabs.com quantity 1 item. I'm like no way because by this time I bought another set and got them installed because I'm now waiting on my refund. I email reply to now brakelabs.com. I explain that I emailed you numerous times to let you know I want my refund even contacted PayPal to get my money back because it seems I can't get a response from your company. They first said we can't stop shipment because it has already been shipped but usually with any other company I dealt with if you said it was not in stock that's what it means so I thought. I received no email to say it's on the way but when I asked for refund all of a sudden all of my items are in route. Now I get an email this morning July 25th 2020 stating I have to sit and wait for a package that I clearly asked for a refund and tell the delivery driver to send it back. I'm an essential worker i need my vehicle to get me back and forth so missing work for a package I been put a stop almost 2 weeks ago is totally unacceptable. I had to share my story with you guys be careful because all deals aren't good deals.

So I placed an order for a full kit for my car a couple weeks ago. The package arrived earlier this week and this evening I went outside to tackle one set of brakes and rotors. Having gotten the wheels, pads, calipers, and rotors off of both front tires, and having put the new rotors on, I realize they are too big! Now I have to reassemble the old components until something is done about this. Not stoked.
I will update after I hear back from customer service (of course they are closed for the weekend )
Update 08/07/20:
Having received return authorization, shipping my package, and seeing that it was received 5 days ago now, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. The lady I spoke with about the return authorization was nice and polite, but the speed of this company is seriously lame.

So I just got off the phone with customer service again. This time they asked for the tracking number (that they provided me when issuing the RMA). I gave it to them and, upon seeing that the package was received, they issued the refund. I am now meant to wait a couple of days to see the refund processed.

I didn’t use the pads you supplied.
I used some EBC pads I had purchased previously.
It seemed to take a long time for them to “pair” up. Two trips to two different tracks plus very day driving. Once that happened o have been very satisfied.
