From the initial web request through the initial phone contact to the email updates from the admin team, it was an easy experience for such an important decision.
Tom talked me through my decisions making sure I understood the implications. With no pressure to go in any particular direction several scenarios were explored to make sure I was satisfied with my choices.
Once the documents were signed I was then transferred to the Admin team who kept me fully informed as the annuity was processed with the provider.
I would certainly recommend Retirment Line to anyone approaching retirement and looking pursue an annuity.

When I made the decision to retire at the end of last year I admittedly didn’t know much about pensions and I wasn’t sure how to go about sorting out the right annuity for my needs. My company’s own pension advisor was not very helpful so I decided to investigate it for myself online. I came across Retirement Line and after checking reviews I decided to give them a call.
