The process was really straightforward, obviously time consuming but well worth doing. Matthew Summers was my first point of contact to discuss all of the many Pension Options. Once I had made my mind up, the transfer of my funds was all arranged over the phone.
Jamar Dobson was then my point of contact during the fund transfer process and kept me updated.
In reality I was advised that the whole process could take 10 to 12 weeks but it only took about 7 to full completion.
