Both Danny Page, and Terry Finch, who dealt with my initial enquiry, and the annuity purchase, were great: everything was simply explained, and the process of completing all the necessary forms was done by them, to ensure no mistakes were made. I was also provided with regular updates, so that I knew what was happening, and what to expect when. Overall, a very good experience, for a very big life decision, which can be very complex and difficult to navigate!
