I made an online enquiry as an attorney. Oliver Scott phoned me, taking time to find out personal circumstances to maximise potential pension income and talked about options available. He gave me a comprehensive list of questions to ask each company holding the pension pot. Once he had put the data into the system he came back to me with several options. The outcomes of each option were clear. I made my choice and Oliver submitted the application to chosen pension provider.
Ben Payne then took over the case, liaising with me, the companies holding the pension pots and the company paying the pension. Ben gave me regular updates and chased up companies for a quick completion.
From first enquiry to completion was only 10 weeks which I was impressed by considering that included Christmas/New Year and the need to use lasting power of attorney documents.
