We recently had a viewing on a property in Coventry and have to say that the gentleman that showed us around the house (Clive) was a very happy go lucky chap who seemed to really enjoy his job. We used Shortland Horne for the sale of our late mothers house. Jon was realistic on the valuation of the house, clear on the market position, and extremely easy to trust. The team at the office did what they promised and when. In the closing details of the sale when the rubber hit the road, and for us, when the buyers solicitors asked for documents unrealistically, Sue stepped in to save the day.
