It was truly a great experience with C&C Surveying company. I received prompt reply of an unbeatable offer on a RICS Level 3 building survey. The appointment of inspection was arranged within a week after the confirmation of using their service. A full detail report with photos was received within few days after the inspection. Also the further enquiries about the report were taken care of in timely manner.

The survey and report were done on time, and the report writing was thorough enough. It was disconcerting to have the property described as three-bedroomed top-floor, when it was actually two-bedroomed third-floor of a four-floor building. I had to check that the right flat had been surveyed! Please spell my surname correctly too! The devil is often in the detail...

Very easy to get in touch with and organise dates. Kept me up to date with everything that was happening, and the report was sent to me very quickly after the survey happened.

Not sure if i would recommend however got my survey 6 days after it was done which was frustrating. Also when i originally paid for it i was under the impression i would get a valuation too however that was not the case. Either way done the job but would not use again in future.
Recieved a call from a lady being very rude asking why i left this feedback. Also stating the turnaround is very quick when i get told it would be 2 days maximum however she was arguing with me stating i was in the wrong and it always takes 7 days. So after this i have changed the review to 1 star for her attitude.

The service was quick and excellent. Daniela was very accommodating, friendly and responded to all my queries instantly. The report came 2 days after the survey when I expected to receive after 5 days. I would highly recommend.
