We booked in a level 3 building survey which the bookings team organised for me, this was extremely helpful! I received a detailed report within excellent turnaround time. The report enabled me to make my own informed decision regarding my potential property purchase. Would highly recommend.

Not great a report, using standard previous one. Our building was built in year 2000 and the report was based on a building from 1900. Contacted the company to correct it and never got an answer

Zaynah was exceptional in responding to my requests. I was promised a 5 working day turnaround time. The 1st survey came back with 3 working days and the 2nd survey was done in 2 working days. Overall excellent service.
One area of improvement - May wish to use a drone to inspect the roof rather than using binoculars.
