Overall the process was smooth and quick, I got my report within 2 days of the property visit. I’ve taken a star off due to the report itself, I think it could be more user-friendly. There we’re some vague phrases such as: “fridge unstable” etc. which I had to clarify. They were always responsive though.

The process was extrmely simple and efficient. The C & C team done everything once I had purchased the survey, booked with Vendor, attended and wrote report. Deadline for report was 5 working days howvere we recieved this after 2. A detailed report and and a very easy comfortable process. Would recommend using these guys if your going through a stressful house purchase :-)
