Quick, helpful, and accurate about their timing estimates (in fact, surpassing them). I rang them to find out lead times on their surveys in my area and they gave me a rapid, clear answer, which was also, as it turned out, correct. They promised a 5 working day turnaround for the report but delivered it 24 hours after doing the survey. Good experience for a first-time buyer such as myself, and clearly and reasonably priced.

This is the 2nd email I’ve had asking me to Review my experience.
I am yet to receive my report, it’s now 3 days after the date they were aiming to send my report by without any correspondence yet they can send emails about reviews.
So my experience so far is missed dates and lack of communication.

Booking and paying for survey was quite a slick process. Informed at each stage towards survey day. Survey with me two days after visit. Report was concise and all I expected. Not expecting any problems to surface once we move in.
