Good communication and assistance when booking.
However when wanting to confirm/check details the day before the tour we had to contact the location directly and wait on hold, and when traveling that's not always convenient. Would of been nicer for them to confirm and get back to me via email.
Tour was good though :)

Driver was Extremely informative and pointed out many highlights and places to go for maximum enjoyment of our short time in that location up around Paiaea (sp) ! Located Green Sea turtles sunning themselves (4 of them up on the beach) and had GREAT Shave-Ice @ Ululani's - terrific day for the time we had up there in the morning.

Chad and his crew were fantastic and navigated the boat in sometimes treacherous waters as flawlessly as you would expect. Seen Whales within 10mins of journey to north end of Lanai, beach stop was cool, then bottle nose dolphins, fantastic high visibility snorkel spots and the lunch was Xsallant!! The 4 of us would do it again it a Maui heartbeat! Awesome Day!! 🤙🏽🌴😎

Initially, due to uncontrollable, major traffic jam elsewhere, it was not clear if we could make it. Tom Barefoot's tour directed us in a timely manner. The Airlines group finally provided a modified timing. Wade did a great job. He waited and showed several places of interest patiently. Beautiful and highly recommend.
