1) The booking online was a little annoying because the email said we had to call and do everything again over the phone. That shouldn’t have been necessary. Other than that it was a quick and easy process booking a tour.

Jacob did a superb job of flying and describing everything during our flight. Pre-flight lady(name ??) did great job and was super friendly, energetic and interesting to talk to while we waited on clouds to clear. I highly recommend!!

We do a sunset cruise every trip to Hawaii and they all have been great. Tom’s was quick and easy to work with. My advise is to do this when the seas are calm and enjoy the ride.
