"Homeserve Electrical cover"

I have a water fountain in my garden. Whenever i switch it on, my RCG switch trips. Called my electrical cover who sent an electrician out and just to be told Homeserve will not cover any electrics in the soil and i should call a specialist Engineer.

Not happy about this.
