Tom analysed the problem immediately on his first visit, provided excellent advice - to refer back to original installer as wiring had been done incorrectly. Original installer was unhelpful and unwilling to accept that wiring was deficient. Tom kindly re visited, took photographic evidence, spoke with the UK wide company who had installed my bathroom who although not responsible for the deficient wiring agreed that it was deficient. Toms colleague, Jess, emailed me the evidence and as a result the UK wide company has arranged for the deficient wiring to be rectified.
Tom & Jess were key in helping me to resolve this issue.
