I purchased a travel pillow. The picture on the instructions shows two narrow bands to wrap around, but the product only has one broad band. Haven’t been able to make it real comfortable yet, but will keep on trying.

The item was expensive for what it is, felt wrapped around plastic. I would rather spend $10 on the item than get a “free” gift with it. I also paid for the fastest shipping method and it still took nearly a week to ship.

Used my Trtl for the first time on a 12 hour flight. I did manage to fall asleep for a while as my head felt supported - but I later found my neck was really stiff and painful and still is 3 days later. Now this may not be the fault of the trtl but I’d be reluctant to use it again because of this. I’d be interested if others have had this experience?

Ordered on 13 March but item has not been received and the company appears to ignore all email and does not answer their phone.
Update: 26 March now received a response to a more direct email and they are promising to send a replacement item.

I have purchased a travel pillow for my son, he is 9 and the product was too big for him, regardless of how much we have tried it. Upon completing the contact form I was advised that the cost of the return sits with me the customer! VERY dissapointing given the extraordinary high cost of this item (ultimatlly it is bit of plastic and fabric) I also need to ensure I send it tracked which makes it very expensive. Typicaly none of the adverts state that! so be careful when you order. I certainly wont be ordering again, and warning friends and family about this.

"Gave me terrible neck pain! "
These pillows are so uncomfortable, I got terrible neck pain from them. We ended ip having to buy different pillows half way through our trip. For 11 flights and all the good reviews I thought they’d be great but they were the worst I’ve ever used. Their website advertises a ‘90 day money back guarantee’ but we filled out the return form as soon as we were back and have heard nothing . Such a waste of money!
Update : Trtl allowed us to send them back even though used - as long as we covered postage - for a full refund. I am satisfied with this result.

The pillow came and was extremely uncomfortable. It is fine sitting up but realistically you will be sitting in a plane or train seat, when you lean against something the pillow becomes extremely uncomfortable. Furthermore, there are no free returns in Europe meaning you have to organise this yourself. I paid €12 to send the pillow back to Amsterdam from Germany. None of this will be refunded. I think it’s outrageous that you can charge €45 for a pillow and not offer free returns. I am yet to have the money refunded - hopefully that works but we’ll see…

The pillow does not hold what was promised. Not at all comfortable, it does not fit on my neck, and no matter how many times I tried, it does not work! Very surprised about all the positive reviews, some of them prob fake. the biggest disappontment, however, is the return procedure. Seems like a scammy company, after I duly sent back my pillow, I do not get a reply any more from customer support and have as yet to receive my refund! I also had to pay the postage for the return!
