"Overrated and aggressively advertised…"

The product is aggressively advertised and overrated. I tested it only to find it's very claustrophobic and the fleece material doesn't feel good and cosy. They don't offer free returns and almost two weeks later after returning the parcel I didn't receive my refund. I had to contact them and they wanted the tracking number, the day of return the name of delivery provider before they agreed to refund. So hold on to receipts! They asked for feedback on okendo.reviews platform so I took the time to write but unfortunately my reviw is nowhere. Beware: they do not publish the negative ones. You only find positive reviews.

"No clear returns information. "

You need clear details of how to make a return without having to email a contact request form off. I needed to make a return (the item was too large, thus uncomfortable to wear on the neck) and the only way to find out how to do this is to complete a contact form and submit it. I received an email back telling me I could order the adjustable version item as my original item was too large. However, it gave me no details of how to make the return, so I then had to email again to request this information for a second time. Online retailers should make this information available on their websites, you shouldn't need to email twice before being advised of the procedure. Also it should be noted when ordering that returns are not free in the UK. All in all not very good customer service.

I can sleep pretty much anywhere but the head bobbing and neck ache wakes me up. However I have used my new pillow twice and slept brilliant, I also use the material to cover my mouth so it doesn’t gape open and get dry !

Quality is nice and the little bag I kept my phone and headphones in, very handy a quality is great

It really does work and I’m chuffed I spent the money on it !

I have requested help from their customer service 5 different times, maybe more, without any response at all. The pillow doesn't fit me at all, is uncomfortable and I need to return it and get my money back.
